At Integrated Healthcare System (IHCS), every milestone represents a life touched, a barrier removed, or a step toward stability for someone who needed it most. This past year was one of growth, resilience, and renewed commitment to our mission: providing compassionate, integrated care to underserved individuals and families in our community.

Expanding Access to Care

Throughout the year, IHCS continued to strengthen its integrated care model—bringing together primary care, behavioral health, housing, and case management under one mission-driven approach.

By meeting people where they are and addressing the whole person, IHCS supported thousands of individuals through mental health services, medical care, and recovery support. Each appointment, counseling session, and outreach interaction reinforced a simple truth: care works best when it’s accessible, consistent, and rooted in trust.

Building Stability Through Housing

One of the most meaningful achievements this year was the continued growth of IHCS’s permanent supportive housing programs, including the opening and expansion of Dignity Village.

Welcoming new residents into safe, supportive housing meant more than providing shelter—it meant offering stability, dignity, and the foundation needed for healing. Each new resident was met with coordinated support, including case management, behavioral health services, and primary healthcare.

These moments—keys handed over, welcome baskets received, first nights spent in safety—represent progress that changes lives.

Strengthening Our Team

This year also marked important growth within the IHCS team. Staff members expanded their skills, earned new certifications, and continued to show up with compassion and professionalism—day in and day out.

From outreach specialists working in challenging conditions, to counselors, nurses, and case managers supporting individuals through recovery, the dedication of our team made every achievement possible. At IHCS, investing in our people means investing in better care for our community.

Reaching the Community Where It Matters Most

IHCS’s outreach efforts remained a vital part of our work this year. By providing essentials, health education, and direct connections to services, our outreach teams built trust and opened doors for individuals who might otherwise go without care.

Whether through hygiene kit distribution, hydration support during extreme heat, or one-on-one conversations that lead to housing and healthcare, outreach continued to serve as a bridge between crisis and care.
