New Faces
Meet the New Faces Guiding IHCS’s Journey Forward

Date

At Integrated Healthcare Systems (IHCS), our mission isn’t just about expanding care—it’s about the strength and vision of the people who shape it. Behind every program we launch, every client we serve, and every milestone we celebrate, there’s a dedicated team working to make sure our values of equity, compassion, and innovation guide the way.

That’s why we’re thrilled to welcome new faces, three remarkable leaders to our growing family: Dr. Keith Clinkscales as a new Board Member, and Linda Casale and Jerson Dulis as new Advisory Members. Each of them brings not only expertise in their fields but also a genuine commitment to strengthening community health and wellness. Together, they will help propel IHCS into its next chapter—one focused on impact, collaboration, and sustainable growth.

1. Dr. Keith Clinkscales — Strategic Vision Meets Community Care

Few leaders embody the balance of strategic planning and genuine care for the community as well as Dr. Keith Clinkscales. With decades of executive and government leadership experience, he’s spent his career ensuring that organizations don’t just set goals—but actually achieve them in measurable, meaningful ways.

As the Founding Director of Strategic Planning & Performance Management for Palm Beach County, Dr. Clinkscales built systems that aligned dozens of county departments under a shared vision. His expertise in creating performance frameworks ensures that initiatives aren’t left to chance; instead, they are tracked, evaluated, and optimized for long-term success.

You may also recognize Dr. Clinkscales from our recent Unmask the Myth Gala, where he served as the engaging Master of Ceremonies. His passion for community uplift and authentic leadership was clear that evening—and now, he brings that same energy directly to IHCS.

Why this matters for IHCS:
Dr. Clinkscales helps us set clear priorities, measure progress, and strengthen our impact. His presence ensures that every IHCS initiative is not only visionary but also sustainable, strategic, and rooted in accountability.

2. Linda Casale, MSN, RN, PMHN-BC — Peer Support Pioneer

For many of our clients, healing begins with trust—and few people embody trustworthy, compassionate care like Linda Casale. Already an essential part of IHCS as a Psychiatric Nurse and Consultant, Linda has been leading group counseling sessions with empathy, professionalism, and a strong belief in the power of shared experience.

With her background as a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse, Linda brings clinical knowledge and a deep human touch to her work. She understands that mental health recovery is not one-size-fits-all. Instead, it thrives when people feel seen, heard, and supported by peers who share similar challenges and victories.

Now, as an Advisory Board Member, Linda will expand her role—helping shape programs and policies that keep clients’ needs at the center of everything IHCS does.

What her presence adds:
Linda represents a vital bridge between frontline care and strategic leadership. By elevating client voices and experiences in decision-making, she ensures IHCS remains grounded in compassion while growing in reach.

3. Jerson Dulis — Outreach & Partnership Powerhouse

Jerson Dulis

At IHCS, we know that meaningful change doesn’t happen in isolation—it happens when communities, organizations, and advocates come together. That’s why we’re especially excited to welcome Jerson Dulis to our Advisory Board.

Jerson’s career has been defined by community outreach, development, and partnership-building. In his previous role as Director of Outreach & Development at Broward Community & Family Health Centers, he spearheaded initiatives in fundraising, public relations, and health equity engagement. His work connected healthcare services to the people who needed them most, ensuring that access wasn’t just a privilege but a right.

He’s also been deeply involved in community-focused programs like The Humanity Project® and the First Gen Career Conference, where his leadership helped inspire and empower underserved groups.

What his role brings to IHCS:
Jerson strengthens our ability to build bridges—with donors, nonprofits, and community stakeholders—ensuring that IHCS continues to grow as a hub for inclusive, holistic care. With his insight, IHCS can expand partnerships that amplify impact and reach more communities with the services they need.
